Bodywork by Igor

living my own process lately and talking with friends and clients, i’ve been thinking a lot about how much the body keeps patterns that once felt necessary

and how sometimes through touch, presence and slowing down a little, we start realizing we’re no longer in the same place we once were

maybe healing is also teaching the body that it’s finally safe to breathe again

at least that’s what i’ve been trying to learn lately, alongside some of my clients, maybe it resonates with you too

having a space like this has honestly meant a lot to me
after building this work little by little over time, being able to create a studio that feels calm, comfortable and aligned with the experience i want to offer feels really special

bodywork has always been something very personal and human to me
over time, i’ve learned how important the environment is too, not only for my clients, but for me as the person doing the work every day
having a space that supports that slower, more intentional experience has changed a lot for me.

still growing, still refining things, but really grateful to continue doing this work and to everyone who’s been supporting me along the way 🫶🏼
