Skincare isn’t just for the face

In the treatment room: extractions and spot treated with a combination of peels

At home: looked at hair care ingredients, switched to a silicone body scrubber, made sure to shower immediately after working out, and using acne face and body scrub (benzoyl peroxide based) and mandelic acid

Sometimes it’s just as simple as small tweaks and consistency

We all know I have multiple personalities 👯‍♀️

It’s not work when you love what you do.

I never thought a career in esthetics would take me to all the places it has. From all of the work experience and training to business ownership and education.

I’ve had 8 students come through my doors to compete their hands on training through . Teaching has been so rewarding and also motivates me to keep learning myself.

And that’s what I find so cool about this industry. There is always something new to learn whether it be new technologies and modalities or product lines and ingredients. New ways to combine therapies and create new experiences.

I have such a supportive network of estie besties to lean on and bounce ideas off of which I will be forever grateful for.

Estheticians are so much more than just service providers. We are educators, confidants, support systems, and friends.

Treating skin is can be very delicate and vulnerable, but being the person you can rely on and trust is what makes my “job” a passion.

Cheers to all the estheticians out there changing lives and helping to regain confidence 🥂

We had our first facial in November and started a few homecare products. PIE (post inflammatory erythema aka red acne marks) and mostly non-inflamed acne present with occasional inflamed breakouts

2nd photo - February 2025
We decided the Acne Program was the best option to rid the “pebbly” texture, congestion, and larger cyst like breakouts. This is the dreaded, but necessary, purging process when incorporating benzoyl peroxide into routine

Bright, clear, smooth, and CONSISTENT

Purging sucks. Point blank period. But it is a vital part of the clearing process. What is there must come out in order to prevent it from forming in the first place. Patience and consistency are everything 🫶🏻
