How many of you think washing your hair daily is the answer to all of our hair problems? After doing some research, this is not our answer. By washing our hair everyday we are stripping our hair of our natural oils causing major dryness which could then lead to unnecessary breakage.

To go longer between washes try shampooing twice and finding a great dry shampoo for your off washing days.

Favorites: Kevin Murphy Hydrate-Me wash and Kevin Murphy Fresh Hair dry shampoo (these are game changers)
