Starting a new content series where we want to highlight some of our great client accomplishments and the therapists/trainers they worked with!
To begin, one of our longtime clients, Nathalie Gardon, ran her First Boston Marathon this past week! She began working with our performance and recovery therapist, Mike Leone, after experiencing severe back pain on early January.
Treatment plan consisted of weekly 1 hour appointment that focus on softening her tissue and fascial stretch therapy to keep her moving fluidly. In addition to the weekly appointments, bi-weekly she had 15 minute PEMF sessions to target and eliminate inflammation and aided this recovery with our magnesium CBD bath balls and full spectrum CBD salve.
Very proud of the dedication and the hard work done by both Nathalie and Mike!
