Nyack Barbershop

Nyack Barbershop was established in Nyack in 1931. You can almost hear a quartet singing as you walk through the front doors.

Vlad Muratov, the owner, made me feel right at home. Trained in New York City, he bought the shop from its original owners two years ago. He brought the storefront back to its original splendor, just as it looked when tourists came by steamship from Manhattan.
