Sometimes self-care isn’t a massage or a smoothie…

Sometimes it’s literally letting some sh*t go 😄

If the holidays left you feeling heavy, bloated, foggy, or just “off,” colon hydrotherapy can be a powerful way to support your body’s natural reset.

At Windswept Wellness Center, sessions are calm, respectful, private, and guided with care, not weird, not rushed, and definitely not what most people imagine.

Clear space. Clear energy. Clear path into the new season.
