If youâre scheduling a colon hydrotherapy session, first of all, YES! You're taking a powerful step toward releasing what no longer serves you, both physically and energetically. But the real magic happens when you prepare.
How you show up matters.
When you prepare your body with intention and the right hydration practices, your colon is able to release deeper layers of waste with far more comfort and far less resistance.
Letâs dive into the why, the how, and the hydration protocol that helps your session go from meh to miraculous.
đŚ Your 7-Day Pre-Colonic Hydration Protocol
For best results, drink 3 to 4 liters of distilled water daily in the week leading up to your session. Thatâs as close to a gallon as possible (128 oz), and your body will love you for it. A liter is 32 oz of water.
To each 1-liter bottle of distilled water, add:
Âź teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt
Âź teaspoon of baking soda

In every liter of water (32 oz) you drink throughout the day, mix in:
