Adding to my previous post. The manager called me and agreed to 50% off on a new set. This is fantastic! They are good people. Lot better than 20%

I was there on Friday February 11th to get my granddaughter for her birthday gel nails and a pedicure and one for myself. I paid $90.00 for her nails. 5 of them fell off by Thursday, February 17th! I called and they said all they could do was give me 20% off next time ! Not even a full new set, after I spent $224.00 including tips for 2 people. Won't visit this place again even though it was our go to for nails and pedicure

I visited AQ Nails in O’Fallon and received a pedicure from China and she was amazing!!! She took her time and really did a great job. I will definitely be a returning customer. Shout out to China!!!

I have been going to this salon in OFallon for over a year. Same technician, and he is the best part of this salon.. about 2 weeks ago I called on a Saturday to make an appointment at 9 am!! And was turned away said they were to busy and I would have to come on Monday!! I was not even offered a later in the day or evening. So I was desperate and went some where else.
Just called today thinking I’ll let it go and since they sent me a text saying they missed me , again 930 and no one will answer the phone and it went to voice mail!! This is unacceptable... if they want your business they need to act like it.
I’m not going back and I recommend if you are looking for a place to have your nails done, keep looking. I would not invest time here to be treated poorly. It’s all about the money and not the service!

I went here for the very first time today because I was in the area never again the service was horrible I spent over $100.00 in this dressed up ghetto nail shop. First of all the lady tried to talk me and the person with me to get a deluxe pedicure which I always get a deluxe and then the next time I go I will get a regular pedicure once I said I didn’t want that she started talking in here language her and the other lady she was talking to did a rush job on our manicures and pedicures. They are rude as hell never will I patronize them again. I should’ve known to go to my normal nail tech....
