How could tropical nail spa improve? Well by not saying they’d punch a customer in the face for starters. I had come in with a friend, never been here but was gonna give it a shot, and they said they wouldn’t be able to give me a full set because they didn’t have time. I said,”okay.” The employee proceeded to just stand there and look at me like I was supposed to leave so I said,”I’ll go somewhere else for myself but I’m gonna stay with my friend thank you.” And the owner of the establishment walks passed me acting like I was in her way then says to this employee,”If she would have talked to me like that I would have punched her in her face.” Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be returning and don’t encourage anyone else to go spending your hard earned money somewhere where it’d go to someone so rude. It would have been fine to say this behind closed doors if you felt that what I said was rude but absolutely unacceptable to say it where I could hear it. Very unprofessional.

I was vacationing in Perdido Key and found this AMAZING nail salon! They were very welcoming and professional. My nails were done perfectly. I highly recommend.

Hello Customers! Please read the following very carefully as it pertains to our re-opening.

As of right now, we will re-open on MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2020 with the following guidelines and changes:

*ALL NAIL TECHS will be working BY APPOINTMENT ONLY until further notice.
*If you make an appointment, please show up on time (not earlier due to capacity)
* When coming in for your appointment please have a mask on. If you feel more comfortable waiting in your car you can do so and we will text/call you as soon as we are ready for you.
*There will be hand sanitizer and soaps in our salon restroom and nail stations that all guests will have access to.
*Please wash your hands before and after services.
*We ask that you come by yourself to the appointment. Please do not bring anyone with you unless they have an appointment also.
*Please do not just stop by without talking to someone.
This is to helps us ensure that there is no overflow of people in the business at one time.
*The salon hours will remain the same until further notice.
MON-FRI: 10am-8pm
SAT: 10am-5pm
SUNDAY: CLOSED
*Last appointment for Mon-Fri will be 7pm and for Sat is 4pm.

*If you have ANY cold symptoms or fever please DO NOT come in. Please call or message us and we would be happy to rescheduled your appointment.

We apologize for any inconvenience but we want to do our part in keeping everyone safe while being respectful of everyone’s health and decisions.

In wake of the COVID- 19 pandemic, we want to encourage you to always practice good hand hygiene! If you have a fever, cough, or runny nose, please refrain from visiting the salon. More importantly, please seek medical attention! We will gladly reschedule any appointment.

It is our highest priority to prevent the transmission of germs, to keep our employees healthy, and the rest of the community. Upon entering and leaving the spa, we encourage our customers to wash their hands. Hand sanitizer will be available at each station and throughout the spa. We will be practicing additional sanitizing of tools and stations.
