📢 Hey everyone! Looking to improve your flexibility and prevent muscle tightness? Check out these awesome hamstring stretch tips! 🙆♀️💪
🌟 Tip #1: Standing Hamstring Stretch 🌟
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and gently bend forward from your hips. Reach towards your toes, keeping your legs straight. Hold for 20-30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
🌟 Tip #2: Seated Hamstring Stretch 🌟
Sit on the edge of a chair or on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Slowly reach forward towards your toes, keeping your back straight. Hold for 20-30 seconds.
🌟 Tip #3: Supine Hamstring Stretch 🌟
Lie on your back with one leg extended straight on the floor. Bend your other knee and gently pull it towards your chest. Straighten your leg as much as possible while feeling a stretch in your hamstring. Hold for 20-30 seconds and switch sides.
Remember to always warm up before stretching and listen to your body. Happy stretching! 🤸♂️💖

So sad to see the news today.
A beloved artist and client from my rockstar days. Sinead O’Conner. A bright light. Spiritual soul. Soul seeker.🙏
Sinead had loved my massage artistry and her words for her session with me was just one word; “Brilliant!” She wished she could have taken me back to Dublin! Ironic, I came across my emails just yesterday. Somehow perhaps a spiritual connection not knowing her passing.
Honored, to have shared a beautiful moment of time with her. May she rest in peace🙏
I have reached to my agent for sending condolences. May everyone she touched be comforted with peace tonight.
God Bless us all🌈
