Lynne's Scizzory is a local, family-based business owned and operated by longtime professional hair stylist and master barber of 37 years Lynne Canzoneri. Lynne has tremendous respect and devotion to the science as well as the style of barber cosmetology. She attends conferences and is constantly studying new techniques. In addition to haircuts for men and women of all ages, we do colors, Brazilians, professional razor shavings for men, sell professional products, and much, much more. Absolutely willing to flex hours for those of us who are busy.

There’s something deeply human about this moment, even though one of them wasn’t human at all. Koko hadn’t smiled in over six months. She was grieving the loss of her lifelong companion. Nothing reached her—until Robin. He sat with her, no words, no expectations. Just presence. Just kindness. Within minutes, she laughed. The kind of laugh that comes from someplace deeper than language. Robin carried his own pain. Quietly. But he still made space for others to feel joy. He didn’t need to talk about it. He showed it in how he treated people, how he made them feel, and in moments like this—how he connected with a broken heart without needing a single word. This wasn’t about performance. It was about soul. Sometimes the ones who know pain most intimately are the ones who comfort the most gently. And sometimes, the ones who make others laugh the loudest are the ones holding back tears of their own. Robin and Koko reminded us that empathy doesn’t always speak—but it’s always felt.
