As if you need an excuse to get a massage…. But here are a few benefits just in case you want an legit research backed reason.

One of the best gifts ever!

Seriously, how perfect is this spot to receive a massage!?! I was blessed with the opportunity to give massages at The Lodge at Sweetwater Studios (www.lodgeatsweetwater.com) this past weekend. If you haven’t been to this location yet, it is a heavenly. They have luxury tents, cabins, yoga dome, studio, greenhouse spa hiking trails and the kindest staff. Do yourself a favor and either book a group gathering OR rent out a spot on AirBNB (https://abnb.me/OepIL1xBDob). I promise you won’t regret it!
