My mama heart is so so big right now. At just 16 she’s such an old soul and such a well spoken, smart, grounded young woman. I was honored to create for her first ever prom!

Miss babe embraced her feminine side and went with a stunning barely there look. When I share her pro photos yall are gonna die.

This babe f l e w in from Arizona for her bridal trial.…for me… Ashley… to do her makeup… she hopped a plane, drove two hours to the studio, and let me create. I am floored. 🙌🏻🤯

Its totally days and sessions like this you dream of early in your career that you think you’ll never “be desired or big enough” or “that’s not gonna happen for me”

THEN ALL THE SUDDEN - as you’ve been faithful, you’ve been passionate, you’ve been walking in your purpose

GOD SAYS, “This is only the beginning of the plans I have for you.”

She doesn’t know this, but her session will live rent free in my soul forever as the day I changed my perspective on my “worth” as an artist.

One of my fav things to do with my clients is a grand reveal at the end of our glam session and y’all - the amount of tears I’ve had to catch before it hits the foundation is r e a l.

I LOVE helping women’s internal beauty shine outwards and seeing their confidence and radiance come alive when they see their final look is liiiiife for me 🙌🏻

This firecracker bride and her girls were such a blast. Who said getting married/remarried later in life can’t be a whole party - and let me tell y’all - they knew how to party!

The images aren’t back from the photog yet but when they are I KNOW these ladies looked radiant!!

Can we give her a freaking round of applause?! Seriously so stunning! Those eyes 🤩

BUT let’s talk about skin for a second…

She was so upset and frustrated with some stress/postpartum induced blemishes, which ugh I totally feel that pain 🙄, BUT we were able to color correct and conceal like a boss!

When it comes to breakouts - they happen. We’re human, we’re WOMEN, and I 👏🏼 got 👏🏼 you 👏🏼 boo!

We did a nice skin prep before applying makeup to make sure we nourished and calmed the inflammations as well as hydrated to give her that supple youthful glow.

Makeup is only as good as the prep ladies! Remember that skin is the foundation of your foundation! If you need help in this department shot me a 👋🏼 and I’ll be happy to show you a few tricks to achieve this look!

Often times when I’m contracting services for a photographer I don’t always get the opportunity to speak directly to or create a relationship with the client until the second they’re sitting in my chair - I know, so nerve wracking… for us both 😜 - but this girl and I INSTANTLY hit it off and felt like such kindred spirits. She has the sweetest soul and the biggest goals to help the world in need. I hope to see all your Unicef dreams come true baby girl!
