As I am getting approval from the bluefox family to use their property under their conditions and together we will bring something new and exciting to the community!! That is my mission to be able to run my SOCIAL PURPOSE CORPORATION which is PNW Sunday Pop Up Market . As of now, I am looking for vendors who are active duty families w small businesses. **UNFORTUNATELY FOOD VENDORS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE MOMENT FOR POP UPS INSIDE THE BLUE FOX. WE ARE WORKING TO GET MORE ANSWERS SOON. That is why I have an S.P.C. In the state of WA. I CAN DO WHATEVER KIND OF POP UPS I WANT!! I can look for other places indoor & outdoor to host strictly FOOD POP UPS 😏
That is all. Once we get the ball rolling, I want to open up my corporation to all LOCAL small business owners from all over Whidbey island !!!!
Since I am a corporation now and have to take care of so many things in order for these pop ups to run smoothly… there is a small vendors fee & other info I will share in my vendors group.
I am currently looking to fill 100-150 spots per pop up meaning I will be planning/ coordinating/ and managing pop ups with 100-150 vendors. That means potentially working full time and getting an office space and other business stuff. IYKYK & if you don’t that’s ok too. All of my vendors will be my VIP clients who will have access to me especially the day of event. Remember I am still working stuff out, there is a lot of room for growth. But there is no room for underselling myself and I want to make sure my vendors and I have that understanding 🤝🏼 I am not asking for any licenses, permits, or cuts of sales. That is my service to the community of NASWI.
As of now , I have 100 spots ,I am looking to fill spots with as many vendors as I can!! I do look forward to opening my vendors list to the community and not just active service duty, but for now I am offering my spots to you housing families first ! I will be open in three weeks prior to the event and vendors list will be closed two days prior to the event.

At the NASWI convergence zone! I just talked to someone with a desk in MWR (they think my business mission is great!) & they gave me contact info of MWR & chiefs club event coordinators so I’m going to prepare a proposal!
Also, I called the community center again and asked for Barbara the manager and they took down my information and she’s going to call me when she gets back to her office. I have my questions I want to ask her. I’m just confused if they think that I’m charging an entrance fee or are they concerned that I’m charging a table fee I’m not sure what their issue is, but if it doesn’t work out with them, I’m hopeful we will be working with MWR in the future!!!
