📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT — CHANGES COMING IN JANUARY

I wanted to share this announcement early to give everyone plenty of time to prepare for a few changes that will take effect at the beginning of the new year.

Starting in January, I will be transitioning all clients to a new scheduling & billing system. This is the same system I will be using to process health insurance claims, so it is designed specifically to support the medical & administrative side of my practice.

Because this new system is a significant investment, it no longer makes sense for me to maintain multiple scheduling platforms. Unfortunately, the new system does not support the type of bundled packages I currently offer. Because of this the Buy 3, Get 1 Free package will be discontinued beginning in January.

I will also be discontinuing 30-minute massage sessions at the beginning of the year. As my client base continues to grow & with a significant number of clients waiting to begin medical massage services through their health insurance I need to make the best use of my available appointment times. Focusing on longer sessions will allow me to provide more comprehensive treatments & dedicate the appropriate amount of time to each client’s individual needs & long-term goals.

I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding & continued support as my practice grows & transitions into this next chapter. These changes will allow me to streamline the scheduling & billing process while continuing to provide the quality of care & attention that each of you deserves.

📣 EXCITING UPDATE — MEDICAL MASSAGE & HEALTH INSURANCE!

Clients, I am currently in the process of transitioning to a new billing system for clients receiving medical massage services through health insurance.

This new system is designed to make the entire process simpler, smoother, and more efficient for both my clients and myself. Getting everything established is a very thorough process on my end, but once it is complete, I’m confident it will make scheduling, billing, and receiving care much easier moving forward.

Once I receive the final clearance, I will make an official announcement and personally begin reaching out to those who are interested in receiving medical massage therapy through their health insurance benefits.

I will be accepting the following:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• UnitedHealthcare
• Optum Health

If you currently have one of these insurance plans and are seriously interested in receiving medical massage through your insurance, please leave a comment below. Once everything is finalized and I’m cleared to begin accepting appointments, I will reach out to you personally with the next steps.

If you have a different insurance provider that you know offers coverage or benefits for massage/manual therapy services, please comment with the name of your insurance company as well. I’m happy to look into additional insurance networks as I continue expanding these services.
