Locs by BB announcement:

I've worked really hard to accommodate everyone. Including pricing and availability for appointments. Now it seems like my hard work is getting disrespected and I have allowed it to happen for too long and in return disrespecting myself. So a few new rules in effect immediately:

If you do not confirm 24 hrs before your actual appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and given away. I will usually text or message via fb

If you need cancel your appointment you need to do so at least 12 hours before or there will be a fee.

No call no show.....no appointment unless you pay a fee. This will be due before you can reschedule. This fee does not go towards your services.

I understand things happen. We all trying to figure this thing called life out. However life is happening to me too and my time is valuable. All I ask for is consideration. EVERYBODY be on their phones from the moment they wake up. So no excuses. Call text smoke signal......communicate!!!
