So I said that to give this tip
BE CONSISTENT AND BE FAIR to those you lead and they will do the same towards you
Never cheat them of their pay or their time
Their sacrifices
Teach your staff how to run business in your absence and things will always run smoothly..

Thanking God for a well capable staff that can take care of all my business affairs when I need to be off

Thank God for understanding clients as well
And they trust in what I've set in place as well

All thanks be unto God but its in these times I must reflect on his goodness towards me but I do realize I had to sow some faithfulness, consistency, sacrifices, time and lottts of money to reap these benefits

God always have and I know will continue to provide!!!
