Dear Friends,

I want to thank you for being loyal friends and supporters of Lemonmade Style and Snips for the past seven years. After a lot of reflection, it is with gratitude and sadness that I tell you Lemonmade will be closing at the end of the year. Our last day of business will be December 28, 2019.

I created Lemonmade as a family experience and to supply our community with something refreshingly different. With your help, I believe we accomplished that goal, and I am profoundly thankful.

Closing Lemonmade was not an easy decision. Ultimately, with growing expenses, we simply did not have the resources to sustain the salon.

As a small business, I am so proud of the service we have provided to our clientele. The outpouring of support and love for our business was incredible. I cannot thank you enough.

Additionally, I want to acknowledge and thank our wonderful and talented group of stylists for their dedication throughout the years. I could not ask for a better team. They truly made Lemonmade a joy to open each day. To Chadwick, who has been my right-hand man and manger, you are a real treasure, and I am so grateful to have worked with you. You have gone above and beyond in your continued support, leadership and direction of the salon. To my mother, Jer, you were the motherly influence to everyone and were always there to help and keep the store shining. I cannot thank you all enough. Please keep these talented people in mind if you hear of any employment opportunities in or out of the salon industry.

If you have any remaining cuts on your “Squeeze The Day” card, those can be used by you or your family or friends until we close. Please come see us one last time!

Over the years, there have been many partners, clients and cheerleaders for Lemonmade. I will rejoice in our experiences with them and relish the many wonderful memories from this journey. Unfortunately, not all dreams are meant to last forever. But, that does not mean they were not worth creating. It is now time for me to pursue something new.

Until we meet again, please accept my heartfelt gratitude for supporting Lemonmade Style and Snips. Thank you for being a part of our family.

Braiding 101 is designed to teach parents how to braid their daughter’s hair. We start with the basics, (Braids, French braids, Dutch braids, etc.) and move on to more intricate platting styles. YOU bring your styling tools, products, hair accessories and your daughter. WE provide the education and a guaranteed good time! Cost is $25.00. RSVP required. Space is limited. Next Class: 14 April 2019.
