Serenity in the Grove

Clients have become my friends and clients have become my family. I have lost clients from moving to death and unfortunately because I have offended them. I am grateful for the exchange between each and every soul that enters my studio

After two decades in this work and advanced training in whole body healing has taught me that the body rarely releases what the mind is still holding onto. Some of my longest standing clients do not just come in for their muscles. They come in because this is one of the few places they feel truly safe. I have known clients were pregnant before their own families did. That kind of relationship is built over years, not sessions. If you think the body is just in pain without considering what that body has been through, you are missing the piece that actually helps people heal. That takes trust, and that takes time. That is the work behind the work #massagetherapist #healer #empath #wellness #wholebodyhealth

This has been an amazing week to recharge the soul and focus on a future venture…. I can’t wait to offer more pottery painting parties

Last night I walked over to enjoy the sunset. Next to me on the beach sat this beautiful soul. After the sun had set she had walked down to the water and entered my picture frame. I walked up to her as we were packing our stuff and offered her the photo. As a solo women she was very apprehensive of why I took her photo…. A beautiful conversation insued and we shared a moment. She is from Texas and asked only that I get myself a gratitude journal and write the good things…. Such an inspiration I am passing it along.
Women connecting with women is what it’s all about!

Who wants to paint a pumpkin? I have an up coming class for some smaller ones, but I have a few of these big mouth candy dishes if you want to upgrade your pumpkin.....
