💋 WHY I DON’T ALWAYS START WITH LASER FOR OLD LIP PIGMENT
When it comes to removing old or unwanted lip PMU, choosing the right removal method matters.
Some permanent makeup pigments contain light, white or flesh-toned components. When certain pigments are treated with laser, they can react unpredictably — sometimes darkening or changing color instead of immediately getting lighter.
That’s why, in selected cases, I may recommend starting with liquid removal. ✨
Liquid removal doesn’t rely on laser energy targeting a specific pigment color, making it an option worth considering when we don’t know exactly how an old cosmetic pigment will respond to laser.
The goal isn’t to rush the process. It’s to:
