We share some additional information from our friends at Family Means for Caregivers and their friends and loved ones with cognitive decline.

This is a series focused on support for caregivers for those with dementia and cognitive decline offered by Family Means.

Our Oakdale Wellness friend Family Means of Stillwater is holding sessions for Caregivers and those with dementia and other cognitive impairment.

COMMUNITY PICNIC AT FIRE STATION ONE

THURSDAY, AUGUST 13 11 PM - 1:00 PM

The Oakdale Area Chamber of Commerce (OACC), in partnership with Oakdale Fire, will host the annual Community Picnic on Thursday, August 13 from 11:00-1PM at Fire Station One, 5000 Hadley Ave.N.

This is an opportunity for residents to grab a free hot dog meal, mingle with local business leaders, and catch up with neighbors as well as City staff and officials. This is a rain-or-shine event.
