Hello there!

September 13th marks the Two Year Anniversary of the founding of VoltaLux Electrology!
As we move into the third year of operation, it has become apparent to me that some of our policies are no longer serving as well as hoped.

Moving forward, after the end of September I will be implementing the following changes:

Cost of Service Update - In keeping with the significant inflation over the past few years, the standard price for an hour of treatment will be increasing by $15/hour. This will make the standard cost of an hour of treatment increase from $125 an hour, to $140 an hour ($125/45min; $105/30min; $65/15min)

What does this mean for you? - I will still offer sliding scale pricing essentially on an honor system, so whatever you are currently paying, I ask you to consider paying an increase of $15 or if you are able and willing, up to the standard rate of $140. If this would become a barrier to you being able to keep receiving treatment though, please let me know individually, and I’ll be happy to do what I can to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy Update - So far my policy has been moderately difficult at only 12 hours, given that my afternoon appointment clients can cancel as late as midnight and still not go over that window. As a result, the standard policy is changing from 12hour or else a 50% cancellation fee, to a 24 hour cancellation period or else a 50% cancellation fee. If cancellation happens now within 12 hours or less, I will charge a 100% cancellation fee.

These policies will go into effect starting at the end of the month of Sept; Monday, Sept. 30th.
