Founded by Megan Bre Camp, chef, natural perfumer, and mother, Summer Solace began as an offering of care for babies, families, sensitive skin, and the body in need of tending.

Twelve years later, that offering remains the same.

Every balm is still made by hand in Oakland with traditional methods, regional regenerative ingredients, and a devotion to craft that can be felt on the skin.

Our balms are made with suet tallow from regeneratively raised Northern California cattle, regional olive oil, beeswax from Oakland apiaries, and botanicals chosen for their purpose, scent, and quality.

Each jar carries the work of many hands: ranchers, farmers, beekeepers, distillers, makers, and mothers.
