When I first heard of v- steaming (yoni steaming) I thought it was nonsense but I was curious about what it was, how it felt, the benefits it had and the purpose of it so I did what I do best. I got to researching and found out so much. I’ve always been into herbs, so many of the herbs used to steam I had them handy. I tried it for myself and it was amazing! It felt wonderful and the benefits that followed added so much clarity to my life
I loved steaming so much that I enrolled in classes to learn more about it and became a vaginal steam facilitator to provide this service to others. How could something so good for women be so hidden? Along with that I took more and more classes that pertained to women and our health from an holistic view. I am a doula, a herbalist, tea master, wellness advocate and soon a woman’s heath coach.
