A little sneak peak at my Bach Flower apothecary 🦋😍 Putting together my second little creation is surreal. The art and science of self care is my intention for this space. I will be doing mini yang/ yin/ restorative classes … Bach Flower Consultations, small curated self care classes and soon skincare . It’s a real gamble opening in another country where I barely know anyone and speak not so good German ( for now ).. so let’s enjoy the ride and see what happens ! All I do know is if I’m excited and creative … it’s a good thing. On the next full moon I will bless more mountain water with my intentions under the full moon and soon after fill my apothecary with the flower power of Bach. Stuff like this jazzes me UP! Have fun not knowing, the mysteries… the slowness of the unfolding. This next version of you is a progression of your soul and loves the juicy small integrations.

In Mexico. I’ve been on this journey since I left my beloved ALOESWOOD Beauty in Oakland and it was a jump into the somewhat unknown . It has taken two years and I’m still just beginning.. releasing my identity and who I was and having a mini rebirth is a wonderful gift. I’m learning to teach yin+ restorative yoga here in paradise. So grateful for the struggles and the unknowns. Looks like it will all work out . Keep dreaming big and it’s worth every penny to invest in your education, even if it’s for your wellbeing . The neroli, the sweet and bitter orange and the evening primrose. The energy of orange infuses and recharges the field with radiance and removes heaviness. Its light and bright. I am in a major transformation and it is a slow but deep one . Leaving a beautiful gorgeous thriving business and jumping into a new adventure was brave and wild and I knew I could and wanted the challenge. Turning 51, working out 4+ solid days a week for years and still not feeling seen and beautiful. Hair not growing very fast, hearing and eyesight going. Learning Deutsch and taking the same classes 6 x and still barely getting it. Friends and loved ones disappearing from my life. Sensitivity to being in the world after being in safe sacred treatment rooms for 25 years. It’s like leaving a version of myself and now moving on. It’s sad. The change is sad for me. What I am realizing is I’m growing up… like new level growing up. Time is moving quickly and she is begging me to be the older wiser woman now. Being here in Naples, Italy journaling and listening to meditations. I think I am finally realizing I’m in a real metamorphosis like a butterfly. I don’t recognize myself fully, but I know I am growing and changing. I know all this is personal stuff, when bigger stuff is going on. All I know is I chose at 50 to make huge life changes and see who I am without my business without giving massages and facials. Who am I ? My next chapter is still being taught to me… but I’ll be very different I know that. This is where I’m at now. Learning and changing . It’s our last day in Naples and this city is like no other. BUSTLING.. moving, women here might look serious and angry but they’re not… it feels like they are free to be women. Complex + beautiful. I’ll leave it at that . Be free. Love C

I am relaxed. I have a new product coming out for anyone suffering and in need of gentle support around low self esteem, stress, change etc. and wanting something to really treat these emotions on an energetic level.
