I am in charge of how I feel to today and I'm choosing... grateful. So often we get caught up in the frenzy of life that we forget to ground ourselves in intention, getting emotionally dragged from person to place as easily as the wind blows. Don't forget to set and reset today as need be. Mental health is a just as important to nutrition as the foods you eat.

You could copy someone else's workout habits, eating patterns or self care regime to a T and actually get the results you want at first. BUT IT WON'T BE SUSTAINABLE. Why? Because you are a unique blend of interests, racial culture, family style, intellect, zen, chaos, beauty, health, work life, etc. and you have to develop a wellness plan that works for who YOU are and who YOU are working to become.
