I’m a Japanese hair stylist. I originally started my hair stylist career back in Fukuoka Japan at the mod’s hair group. Since then I’d worked for the salons in Japan such as “grace” for 12 years before I moved to the US. I’d also worked as a certified colorist instructor with the cosmetic brand Lebel. After I moved to the US, I’d worked at the salon “Arty” in San Francisco and I’m currently working out of “Right Angle Hair” in Rockridge, Oakland. Along with specialty haircuts, hair colors and hair design, I also offer Japanese Straight Perm to provide you with the perfect look. Every body has unique hair & textures and I always try to help you to discover a new style that is natural to your lifestyle, your fashion and your personality, yet easy to self-maintain everyday and sustainable for a long time. I love my job and I feel lucky as it gives me opportunities to meet with new people. I look forward to serving you.

はじめまして。スタイリストのチハです。

日本の福岡天神のmod's hair系列の美容室でアシスアント、スタイリストを経て、その後福岡大名のサロン「グラース」にてスタイリストとして１２年の経験を積みました。また「ルベル」の公式カラーインストラクターとして多くの美容室や講習会に講師として呼んで頂きました。そのがむしゃらに走った日本での１２年の経験が今の私を作っています。

その後サンフランシスコに移り住み、SF市内の美容室Artyで経験を重ね、現在はオークランド・ロックリッジの美容室「Right Angle Hair」に籍を置き、ヘアースタイリストとして活動しています。美容業はもちろんですが、沢山のお客様との出会い、そしてお客様と長くお付き合い出来る美容師としての仕事が大好きです。日本とアメリカの両国で得た経験をもとに、お客様の生活スタイルや髪の個性を理解し、自然で長持ちし、またご自宅でもお手入れが簡単で、髪が伸びて行く過程も楽しめるスタイルを心掛けています。
