Recently I had a client say after one session, "I can bear weight on that leg now. Instead of sitting down to put my pants on, I can now stand on that leg to put my pants on." So grateful for my years of training, experience and feedback from clients resulting in my ability to facilitate these simple pleasures for people. 🙏

Happy Juneteenth! So much to say about this National Holiday, how far we've come, how far we have yet to go. Last month I had the opportunity to visit Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA, where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. preached. The space was heavy with history and hope for a better future. The bookstore introduced me to a whole library of writings I had no idea about, including writings by then-slaves. So many peoples' stories yet to read, and lives to learn from. May we all be willing to be a little uncomfortable to learn a lot and build a better future for all.
