Studies 👩🏾‍🔬 show that just looking at images of nature ⬇️ stress and ⬆️ happiness. This pause offers a beautiful opportunity to feast our eyes 👀 on 🌳🌳🌳, feel our toes🦶🏾in the soil ...and soak up all of the healing + invigorating energy the 🌏 has to offer. Whatever is available...a patch of grass in the yard, a park, nature trails, tending to indoor plants or changing your phone 📲 background or 💻 screensaver to images of plants 🌱 🌳🍃. Even for those of us on mandatory shelter in place in the , thankfully 🙌🏾 we are still allowed to walk 🚶🏻‍♀️, run 🏃🏾‍♀️and hike🥾 as long as we maintain 6ft+ distance from our fellow humans. Link to the order in the linktree in my bio.
