2. View our color chart to align your selections with your season
3. Be prepared to include your waist measurements (watch video on “how to measure” included on each product page)
4. Decide if you want your waist beads prepared with loose ends to tie yourself, or pre-tied with non-elastic string to an exact measurement that must fit over your head/shoulders/chest.
5. Our video on “how to tie your waist beads” is included on each waist bead. When they arrive, follow instructions.

Sizing is important with comfort being my number one goal regardless of where your waist beads by Ayodele are placed. Placement can range between the high waist and lower hips depending not only on your personal preference but your unique shape and curves.
Here are some measuring tips for online orders:
1. Measure on bare skin with your stomach in a relaxed state. So do not hold your breath or suck in.
2. Determine what fit options you have before finalizing placement. Find your upper/mid/lower curves where the waist beads can settle in. Often, bellies are wider than the hips, so one deep inhale can usher beads south dropping below the belly, past the hips falling completely off the body. In this case, it is important to measure the waistline underneath the belly. A
3. When measuring, always allow for lax, a little extra slack to ensure your waist beads sit comfortably. This wiggle room allows for comfortable movement, breathing with ease daily and periodic bloating. Tying waist beads high on the torso supports a health plan that will lead to weight loss as it gauges one’s progress as the beads drop lower.
4. Allowing distance between each strand so no strand is the same exact measurement allows for the beads to not compete on where to lay against the body. The waist beads should be staggered for a waterfall look. Try this by measuring up and down by a 1/4 inch.
