Who wants brushes?

A client I haven’t seen in nearly 2 years came in today and brought me these lovely flowers! She had always texted me for appts in the past, so I didn’t know her last name making this an even bigger surprise/treat!

I got these foils to see if it really does save that much time to use “pop up” fouls but also because they are “Punk Rock” foils!
The company I buy my gloves from sells foil with designs. I was never very into them but this one jumped out at me…and not JUST because they were in sale 😂
They’re not too bad! I’m used to food grade foil which is much lighter and stays folded better but I finally got the hang of these after a few uses.
I may get more but for now and for a limited time get “Punk’s not dead” highlights!

It was officially Autumn on Monday but I changed over my seasonal garlands last week. I have been slowly pulling out my decorations and I’m so glad to find the adorable Halloween lights I totally forgot I had (last video).
I’m from New England originally and always miss the I have photographs I too of them my last autumn in MA but nothing beats the real thing. These garlands are the best substitute I have found so far…and way less mess!
I also have masks and head dresses for the machine heads for Halloween so more to come!

Check out Dallas’s mullet! He had some LONG and damaged hair and he also had a dream😂
It’s funny how I’m turning out to be good at these, still not my vibe but if I think of them as sculpture it is actually kinda fun because they are so different from what I normally do.
I knew his hair was wavy but this is legit curl action! What a great little treat to uncover while we discussed cats and music!

Not specifically related to hair but have you all tried those collagen masks? I have been doing them for nearly a year now but lately I have started trying to use one a week because my skin is so moisturized and great looking after. Sunday is my “lazy day” so I usually end up doing them at night on Sunday when I am reduced to a semi sentient blob 😂
I don’t get any money if you try them but YOU get very nice skin for a few days which is very very nice!

Here are some flowers to get your weekend started on a beautiful note. The rose garden down the street (which I stalk daily, stopping to photograph and smell the blooms cuz I’m a weirdo!) just threw up this gorgeous purple rose and OMG it smells divine! I often wonder if the owners watch their ring camera and see me enjoying their garden…I hope they don’t mind!
2nd pic: the jasmine and morning glories are in full bloom and I decided to cut some for my studio. The jasmine may have irritated my sinuses but not so they smell good, and it’s nice to have some flowers indoors. I can have them at home because my cats are very disrespectful of ownership laws.
Remaining pics: I think I have asked this before but did you k is Spider plants flower? Cuz I sure didn’t until this past spring! I think this means she is happy! I keep her in the window of the bathroom but her “tentacles” are getting LOOOOONG and I’m concerned not everyone finds them as charming as me😂 She just wants to say hi😂😂
The avocado trees (no pics) are all officially saplings now and I have a new cracked seen to germinate so that will make 5 saplings so far this year! I think I’m gonna need more pots.
So that is the plant round up for now! Enjoy the warm weather this weekend, my friend and I are going to for a frozen treat, I highly recommend you do the same. It’s OUT OF THIS WORLD flavor and also a lovely local couple❤️

I am finishing my Slice Strands hidden bead hair extension certification this month and I need a few volunteers as models for my test!
What: This brand is super exclusive, training is expensive and they DO NOT hand out certifications. You have to apply to be one of their stylists. This method offers less damage than tape in extensions and are much faster than traditional sew in extensions.
What I need: models of any gender who want longer thicker hair. The line comes in “water wave” or “straight” so people with straight, curly, or straightened hair are ideal.
