Postpartum care matters. It is hard to really plan and know what is needed, but we can anticipate that help will be essential. Most new parents have no idea what it will feel like to have a new born while birthing body is healing.
Souly Body has been offering closing ceremonies, postpartum bodywork, supporting sacred space, especially during the 1st 40 Days & Nights, honoring birth stories and reflections, and reminding families to nourish as if life depends on it… because it does. 🧘🏾‍♂️
