Just you, pretty nails, and a moment to feel cared for. 💜

This month hits a little different when you’ve lived it.

I spent years surviving things I should never have had to survive. I learned to stay quiet, keep the peace, make myself smaller, and do whatever I had to do to get through the day.

Now, I’m learning how to use my voice—and today, I’m using it to remind you that you are loved. You deserve kindness, peace, and care without having to earn them.

As a survivor, I want to open my door and share my safe place with you. A moment to breathe, to be yourself, and to have someone pour a little love into you.

Healing hasn’t made me forget what happened. It’s helped me recognize how much of myself I survived long enough to get back.

And if you’re still in the part where you’re just trying to survive, I hope one day you get to meet the version of yourself who finally gets to live.

I’m getting to know her now. And I want that for you, too. 💜
