We’ve been mostly doing heavy reds with Emi’s hair since day one of her coming to me and she wanted a change up with a trim and serious chopping of her “Egg Bangs” 🥚

Side note: One time when I was cutting my daughters hair I asked her how she wanted me to cut her bangs and she said “I would like egg bangs please” not knowing what egg bangs were, I asked her to describe them for me and she thought for a minute and said “you know like when you crack an egg. I want my bangs to look like that”. I just thought it was so cute and funny. I’ve told a few of my clients the story who have short textured bangs so now when they come back for a tune up they ask for the “Egg Bangs” haha.

I spent the day off today thrifting and moseying around various stores looking for cute stuff for the new salon with my love .p.fahey. Then we came home and randomly rearranged our living room! We needed some new feng shui. Hoping everyone is having a great weekend! 🤌🏻✨

Goth mulléts are one of my fav faaaavvvsss. 🦇

Installed these bad boy 22” tape-in extensions by on my pal . She custom colored them herself. This is the first time I’ve used tapes from this brand and we were soooo impressed by the quality. I’ve used so many different brands and I these have them beat. We used the “hidden” tape-ins so they blended into the hair so damn well.

After doing them for so long I really hated tapes. I hate the move up process getting sticky residue everywhere. We’ll see how the process is with these. I might start doing them more! I do still love hand tied though!
