I am still trying to sell my old amazing studio location at 1703 NE 8th Rd (just 5 minutes North of Downtown Ocala Square). We have lowered the price to $325,000 for quick sale. It has two separate office buildings plus a large storage shed on 0.53 acres. Large lighted road sign (that is grandfathered in and couldn't be built today). I held my first sound bath in the new location, and it felt soooo good. I've really missed doing the sound baths. Even though it's a much smaller space (I can only hold 6 people instead of 20) it's still SOOOOO good. It just means you must sign up asap to secure your space.
