For Starley, makeup is more than artistry—it’s personal.

Her love for makeup began as a little girl alongside her sister, Angelica “Faith” Ard. After Faith passed away in 2021, Starley turned that lifelong passion into something meaningful, officially launching Beauty with Faith in 2022 as a tribute to the sister who inspired her.

Since then, Starley has continued perfecting her craft while earning her Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and has had the honor of glamming 50+ brides, along with countless women celebrating some of life’s most memorable moments.

At the Beauty Co Babes Makeup Bar, Starley specializes in:
