Lip Neutralisation: What is it & who needs it???
It is a specialized treatment for those with cool or dark lips which neutralize the darkness in the lips to reach a desired color. Basically, the lips are neutralized by cancelling out the original dark color. Dark lips will require this treatment before get any other color. It is still lip tattooing but the color choice is dependent on your natural lip tissue.

What is the difference between lip blushing and lip neutralization?
Lip blushing requires red and pink pigments into the lip to give them the dark color. Lip neutralisation involves lightening the area with warm colors to achieve the same results.
