I will be so glad when i can get my Plexus back. Being out of work after having surgery has made it a little tight right now but in 2wks I will be back but until then I still follow my diet and continue to drop slowly. Not to mention I haven't been able to attend the gym either since i cant lift past 10lbs right now. I will be back to rock with Plexus soon!! I haven't been below 200 in so long...

Hello its been awhile since i have been active as I have had surgery but Im slowly coming back. Haven't been able to get to drink my Plexus in over a week but soon I will. I have been surviving on what food I can tolerate to keep down when i do feel up to eating but now that im getting better but still hardly no appetite my doctors have me surviving on meal replacement drinks. As of right now my weight is coming down but not the way i wanted it but im still downa couple lbs. Thanks again for following.

Here is my week progress... Im slowly getting it off but I will admit i feel so much better. When i started i was roughly 220 lbs and that was about a month ago. So I'm pleased im almost below 200lbs. I have 41 more lbs to reach my goal. Thanks for following.

This is a 3 week difference.. I havent been to the gym all this week and yet im still losing weight with my Plexus.
