Do the thing.
Start the business.
Take the class.
Change your direction.
Post the video.
Raise your prices.
Try something new.

Go after the dream you keep talking yourself out of.
Because we get one life.
And I don’t want to look back someday and think:
“I wonder what would have happened if I had tried?”

Every time you show up for your business when you don’t feel confident.
Every time you post even when you wonder if anyone is paying attention.
Every time you invest in learning something new.
Every time you improve your client experience.
Every time you follow up with a client.
Every time you refine your policies, raise your standards, work on your skills, or try something that scares you.

You’re watering your grass!!!

It’s so easy to look at another massage therapist’s fully booked schedule, beautiful studio, waitlist, social media presence, or the business they seem to have figured out and wonder...
“Why am I not there yet?”
But you don’t know what it took for them to get there.
You don’t know how many slow months they had.
How many times they questioned themselves. How much money they invested. How many years they spent learning. How many mistakes they made.
Or how long they were quietly working before you ever noticed them.

So stop judging where you are by where someone else is.

Keep learning.
Keep showing up.
Keep refining.
Keep trying.
Keep believing in the thing you’re building.

Because the grass isn’t greener because someone else has better soil. It’s greener because they’ve been watering it. And so are you. Don’t forget to give yourself credit for that. 🤍

What I’ve learned posting consistently on IG as a newbie…

Vanity metrics will get you every. single. time.

Relatable content is what gets the most views along side the ones that take two seconds to make.

The ones that I put a lot of thought into and take the most time, barely any views.

You’ve heard of 200 view jail.. there’s also 2,000 view jail.

I’m positive people are paying for their views. What do you mean you have 8 likes and zero comments and you have 10 million views? Make it make sense?

When I post regularly, my booked are full and I have a waiting list.

People will watch your stuff. But few will like it.
