•Second session blonding transformation and we are still prioritizing the integrity of her hair every step of the way.
•
•We started this service with the PRO Molecular Repair Hair Mist, and honestly this has been such a game changer behind the chair. This professional treatment is designed to help support the hair before chemical services by helping strengthen and protect the hair’s structure during the lightening process. When working through previous dark color and layers of red pigment, maintaining the health of the hair is just as important as achieving the final result.
•
•For her lightening service, I used Blonde IQ for a controlled, even lift while still keeping the hair feeling healthy and manageable throughout the process.
•
Formulation details:
• Root tap: Shades Alkaline 6NA + 6N
• Final gloss: Shades Alkaline 9V + 9NA + Clear
•
•To finish the service, we did the Acidic Bonding Concentrate Professional backbar treatment. This treatment is one of my favorites for blonding services because it helps restore hydration, reinforce weakened bonds, balance pH, and leave the hair feeling stronger and smoother after lightening.
•
•This is exactly why healthy blonding is a process. Lifting through previous dark color and red tones safely takes patience, strategy, and professional products that support the hair every step of the way.

•Blonding with intention + protecting the integrity every step of the way 🤍
•
•Lightened using Blonde IQ + 20 volume for controlled lift and minimized swelling (hello, clean foils + even lift).
•
•Followed with the Acidic Bonding Concentrate Professional Treatment (backbar) — this is where the magic happens:
• Replenishes protein to reinforce weakened areas after lightening
• Restores moisture balance so the hair doesn’t feel dry or brittle
• Uses an acidic pH sealer to bring the hair back down to its natural range (~4.5–5.5)
•
•Why this matters: after lightening, the hair’s pH is elevated, leaving the cuticle open. Bringing it back down helps seal the cuticle, lock in color, boost shine, and improve overall strength + longevity of the blonding service.
•
•Finished with a gloss using Redken Shades EQ 9P + 10N for a soft, balanced blonde ✨

•GOLDEN GIRL✨
•
•As natural gray begins to blend with blonde, the overall result can start to look flat or lacking dimension. Adding highlights is a great way to reintroduce brightness, create contrast, and keep the blonde looking intentional rather than muted.
•
•For this service, I used Redken Blonde IQ with 20 volume to gently lift while maintaining the integrity of the hair. After lifting, I refined the tone using Shades EQ 9G + 9GI to create a balanced, dimensional blonde that complements both her natural and previously lightened hair.
•
•I also used Framar blueberry foils—not only are they visually fun, but they provide clean, consistent separation for precise application and optimal lift.
•
•This is a perfect example of how strategic highlighting and toning can enhance natural grays while keeping the overall look fresh and polished.

•GOLDIE LOCKS
•
•We began with K18 Professional Molecular Repair Hair Mist, which helps strengthen the hair at a molecular level before any lightening service—this step is essential for maintaining softness, elasticity, and overall hair health during blonding services.
•
•For her highlight refresh, I used Redken (Blonde IQ) with 20 volume, allowing for controlled, even lift while keeping the hair in optimal condition.
•
•To finish, I toned with Shades EQ 9P + 10N, creating a perfectly balanced, soft blonde that complements her natural tone while adding shine and dimension.
•
•Consistency is key—Jackson comes in twice a week to maintain her look, and it truly makes all the difference in keeping her hair fresh, healthy, and styled.
•
•If you’re looking to achieve and maintain your dream hair, pre-booking is highly recommended to secure your desired time 🤍

•SILKY AND RICH
•
•My client was ready to tone down her blonde while still keeping a soft, natural dimension. Instead of going darker or flat, I focused on refining her tone and adding richness without losing light reflection.
•
•I formulated with Shades EQ 7NB for a balanced, neutral base and 8GI to softly enhance warmth and luminosity. This combination allowed me to neutralize excess brightness while maintaining a silky, dimensional finish. The result is a lived-in, polished blonde that feels healthy, natural, and effortlessly rich.
•
•If you’re looking to soften your color without sacrificing brightness, glossing with the right tonal balance makes all the difference.

•You can book with me online at The Mane Hair Loft Ocala or call the salon at 352-620-2111.

Effortless, timeless, and built for a beautiful woman who is always on the go.

•LIVED IN, LOW MAINTENANCE
•
•My client came in ready for something different and wanted a noticeable change, so we opted for a soft, dimensional balayage.
•
•The very first time I did her hair, she was dealing with over-processed strands and her top priority was keeping her hair healthy. At that time, we went darker to protect the integrity of her hair, which meant this session required extra intention—especially being mindful of overlapping any previously lightened areas.
•
•By strategically placing the balayage and formulating with Shades EQ 7AG, 8N, and 8GI, we were able to neutralize warmth, add brightness, and maintain shine while still prioritizing hair health.
•
•Healthy hair will always come first 🤍
Slow, intentional lightening makes all the difference.

•SUNKISSED WALNUT
•
•For clients who want a noticeable change without the upkeep, teasy lights are one of my go-to techniques. This full head of teasy lights creates soft dimension, seamless blending, and a natural grow-out—perfect for first-time color clients.
•
•To finish, I toned with Redken Shades EQ 7NB + 8GI to add balanced warmth, depth, and a lived-in feel that won’t turn brassy over time.
•
•This approach allows her to enjoy brighter, dimensional color while only needing maintenance every ~6 months—healthy hair and longevity always come first 🤍
