Maybe you're in the middle of something. A transition, a fork in the road, a season where nothing feels quite settled. You second-guess choices, big and small. You commit to things and then want to back out. You've told yourself you're "not decisive," when really, no one ever taught you how you actually decide.
Here's what most people never learn: your decision-making process is completely unique to you, and it doesn't come from your mind.
Our 2nd workshop in the A Night in the Garden series is about finding what's been quietly growing in you all along, even in the dark, even when you couldn't see it yet. You'll uncover your own decision-making style and learn how to tell the difference between a real, trustworthy inner "yes" and an impulse that just feels urgent.
This isn't a lecture. The first hour is fully experiential, with a tangible, sensory ritual woven in that you'll just have to feel for yourself. You'll walk away with a workbook to keep working through what you learned long after you leave the garden.
Whether you joined us for Session 1 or you're brand new, this workshop stands on its own. This is an intentionally small group, a room where you'll actually be seen.
