Hello beautiful ladies! I'm Sammi, an Ocean City local. I specialize in special occasion hair and makeup! As a former pageant girl my passion started with makeup and led to hair and then I decided to do it all. I attended Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology. I'm co-owner of Gracelyn’s Salon & Spa and when I'm not behind the chair I'm on location for wedding, special events and photo shoots.
