I don’t always bake cakes, but when I do, it’s upon request. This is a double caramel layer cake!

As promised! My disastrous, under-macaronaged pumpkin macarons. They look kinda like chicken nuggets 🐓

Tonight’s bakes will include my first ever attempt at shaped cookies. I’m aiming for ghosts and pumpkins, and I will have photos to follow regardless of the end result (it will VERY likely be a disaster) ☠️

New mats means accidental overfills! Every change to the macaron process is a learning experience, but hey. They turned out well!
