Booking Policies
• A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Deposits go toward your service total and secure your time slot.
• Please arrive on time. A 15+ minute late arrival may result in cancellation or a late fee depending on schedule availability.
• No extra guests or children unless being serviced. This helps maintain a calm, sanitary workspace.
• Come with clean lashes and nails. Makeup, oils, or prior product can affect retention and service quality.
• Lash fills must have at least 40% of extensions remaining. Anything less will be considered a full set.
• Foreign fills require a consultation and are not guaranteed. Removal may be required.
• Nail services must not have prior product from another artist unless removal is booked.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment to book future appointments.
• Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.
• If you are feeling sick, please reschedule. Your health and sanitation come first.
