Self care is a must!
because I don't want to have more facial hair than him. Plus, my makeup (when I actually do wear it) goes on much better when my face is peach fuzz free.
Do you break out after facial waxing? I do which is why I follow up with a treatment to reduce the acne causing bacteria and excess sebum that clogs the pores causing these post waxing breakouts.

Springtime is the season of new things. New blooms on the trees. New baby animals make their debut. This is also a good time to peel away the dry damaged cellular build up that occurred during the cold winter months so that new healthy glowing skin can be revealed.
Treatments from a licensed professional that incorporate the right acid or enzyme can help with problems such as acne, large pores, wrinkles, fine lines and hyperpigmentation.
Progressive peels: you may notice minimal to no peeling but when done in a series of 3-6 treatments, 2 weeks apart, the results are definitely noticeable.
Mid depth peels: targets deeper layers of the skin so you may notice more peeling, however, the downtime is minimal. This type of peel can be performed once per month for gorgeous results.
At Amor Aesthetics & African Attire, I recommend a series of 3 peels for $225 (a savings of $45) starting with progressive peels and ending with a mid depth peel. The results are beautiful!

Let’s talk AFTER CARE. Immediately after:
💃 Wear loose-fitting clothing to avoid friction and irritation.
🙅♀️ Avoid perfumed products or lotions which can irritate sensitized skin.
💧 Avoid excessive activity for 24 hours after waxing as perspiration can irritate freshly waxed skin.
🏖Avoid pools and ocean water to prevent bacteria entering into open pores.
Between waxes:
✨ Cleanse and exfoliate regularly. Removing dead skin can help release embedded hair and prevent ingrown hair.
