Do you know where your meat comes from… and should you care? 🤔🥩
I’ve been eating an animal-based lifestyle since June 2024, and it’s one of the best health decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve honestly never felt better.
I’m not 100% carnivore anymore. In the summer of 2025, I chose to add fruit back into my diet because it worked well for my body. Today, the majority of what I eat is still animal-based, and I focus on quality whenever possible.
I recently watched a YouTube video that I found pretty eye-opening. It raised some interesting points about where our meat comes from and the differences in how it’s raised. It definitely gave me something to think about, so I wanted to share it with you.
