… This is what discipline looks like🥹.

Not luck.Not genetics alone.Not an overnight transformation.

DISCIPLINE.

Less than 20 months between these photos, and every bit of this was earned with , HS Weight Lifting Team, Soccer, and Football.

This was built on the days he didn’t feel like showing up. The reps that burned like hell. The meals he chose with intention. The distractions he stayed away from. The injuries. The severe pain/soreness nobody saw. The moments where he really had to believe in himself before the results were obvious.

Very few people in the world ever build a physique like this, especially at 17. But as his mom, what makes me proudest isn’t just the body he built.

It’s his mindset.
His self-respect.
His crazy work ethic and consistency.
It’s the young man becoming strong enough to pour into himself. To honor and believe in himself, even when he’s alone 💯

Preston♥️, I see you. I see the discipline it took. I see the dedication it takes every single day. I see how hard you’ve worked to become this version of yourself.

I hope you always remember,
Every time you chose yourself, it counted!Every time you kept going, it counted!
Every time you showed up when it was hard and it hurt like a m**o, it counted!

This transformation is proof that when you COMMIT TO YOURSELF, you can change your entire life.

49 years around the sun… and what a beautiful journey it’s been. ☀️✨

As I step into this new year of life, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude, for the growth, the lessons, the healing, and especially for the people who have walked beside me through it all.

To my children, my parents, my family, and my closest friends… thank you for loving me, supporting me, believing in me, and never giving up on me, even in the seasons when I was still learning how to fully believe in myself. Your love has been one of my greatest blessings.

And to my beautiful community of clients who have become so much more than clients… thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for sharing your stories, your vulnerability, your strength, and your hearts with me.

The conversations, the laughter, the tears, and the real moments we’ve shared have impacted me more deeply than you know. You have reminded me again and again how powerful women are when we show up authentically and hold space for one another♥️

I’m sooo grateful for the love I’ve received… the kind of love I didn’t always realize I deserved, and for every person who has helped me grow into the woman I am today.
