Got to do this to keep up with my grandbabies!

Just when you think you know the plan, a curve.

Well I haven't been on this page for awhile.........

New thing-hired a professional business coach. We'll just call him/her G. I really wondered if it was worth it. The amount for coaching services is way more than I can see the value, till I hired my own coach.

If you are stuck, if you want to accomplish something, if you are looking for "the" way-well don't hire a coach-you have God. He's free. I seemed to have forgotten that too.

but if you need someone who is willing to remind you to question your thinking, if you need someone that does not just simply agree with you but challenges your thinking, if you need someone that will basically tell you when you are 5 minutes late to an established call that you are wasting her/his time and costing him/her money, if you need someone that gently brings you back around to a clearer picture, then a coach may be just the thing.

2 months in and at that last call I simply wanted to fire myself. Now a month later I have strategic goals that help me sift through the day to day, the to do lists, and keep me on track. What's my goal-to lead well into the future. (paraphrased but close).

Make sure you surround yourself with those that have curiosity, passion, and a willingness to look ahead, people that understand respect is required both ways and if needed, find a coach.

Remember God has a plan for you, be awake and aware to his timing.

For the past 6 to 9 months I have been working with many women that have hair challenges that just need a little help. I have loved being able to set up a path to better hair and sometimes it requires just changing a simple thing like a water filter on your shower. Sometimes it may require growing hair, cutting hair and also changing products. No matter what the plan, in most cases things are improved alot.
