Surprise your holiday guests with Peppermint snacking chocolates. They’re so easy to make! Check out the recipe below and let me know if you try them. 😋
Ingredients:
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon coconut oil
• ½ cup almonds
• Peppermint essential oil
Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
2. Stir in the essential oil. (One drop should be enough.)
3. Pour the melted chocolate on a wax paper–lined cookie sheet and spread it with a spoon, making an even layer.
4. Crush the almonds and sprinkle over the chocolate.
5. Chill in the fridge until set.
6. Break into pieces for snacking. Enjoy!
