A study of 250 men who had s***m analyzed at a fertility clinic showed that men who ate higher amounts of fruits and veggies, particularly green leafy vegetables and beans (legumes), had higher s***m concentrations and better s***m motility compared to men who ate less of these foods," according to the University of Chicago Medicine. Other foods that boost s***m count include walnuts and fish. On the other hand, foods that can dilute the supply include processed meats, trans fats, soy, pesticides, and high-fat dairy products.
