For more than 20 years I’ve been helping people reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and create more space for healing and restoration.

Along the way, I’ve found Reiki to be one of the most powerful and grounding practices I’ve worked with. I’ve also experienced the profound effects of sound and frequency — so I’ve brought these two modalities together to create a deeply restorative experience.

My sweetheart and I will be creating a deeply relaxing Soundbath experience open to the public, using the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments to invite deep rest, relaxation, and restoration.
